The success of the Bradford High School Band Program would not be possible without the help of our parent volunteers. These individuals assist greatly in two main categories:

As per Bradford County Public Schools, all volunteers must have a BCPS Volunteer/Chaperone/School Activities Application on file with the district office. All completed applications can be sent to sent to HR Personnel Specialist Michael Kidd at kidd.michael@mybradford.us.
Chaperone
The BHS Band is always looking for volunteers to help chaperone various events, performances, and field trips. It is our goal to have at least 1 volunteer for every 10 students. Instances where volunteer chaperones would be needed include but are not limited to:

Concession Stand
One of our biggest fundraisers of the year is our Friday Night Concession Stand. Our concession stand acts as a way to bring in well deserved funds for the program, as well as help students raise money for their fair share. All volunteers have the opportunity to sponsor a student. If a volunteer works half of a game, $20 goes towards their student's Fairshare. If they work a full game, $40 goes towards their student's Fairshare.

All band families are expected to work at least one concession stand to help support our students and program. All home games can be viewed on our Band Calendar. If you would like to work a specific game, please fill out the online form and contact Jenny Davis at jensational78@yahoo.com.
